These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TrueMotorCheck website and the vehicle data reports provided by our service. By accessing our website or purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All sales are final. TrueMotorCheck provides immediately accessible digital reports composed of data sourced from third-party APIs (including DVLA, police databases, and finance companies).
Because our service involves the immediate delivery of digital content and incurs non-refundable costs from our data providers upon each request, we do not offer refunds or right of withdrawal once a report has been generated and delivered. By proceeding with a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to waiving your right to cancel the order once the service has been performed.
We aggregate data from official and commercial sources. While we strive for 100% accuracy, TrueMotorCheck cannot guarantee that the information provided by third-party databases is complete, accurate, or entirely up-to-date at the exact moment of the query.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueMotorCheck shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our reports. Your reliance on the data provided is solely at your own risk.
You agree to use our service solely for legitimate personal or business purposes (e.g., verifying a vehicle's history prior to purchase). You may not use our service for any illegal activities, mass scraping, or to harass, intimidate, or track individuals.
We log IP addresses, timestamps, and delivery receipts for all generated reports. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to submit this evidence to the payment processor or relevant authorities to recover our fees and associated costs.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding these Terms and Conditions or the service provided, please contact us via our Contact page.
